This is a personal portfolio site run by Denis Kalinichenko. By using denis.app — especially the /cli AI shell — you agree to the terms below. They are short, in plain language, and exist mostly so the AI doesn't get me sued.

What this site is

A portfolio. The /cli page is an interactive AI shell powered by Anthropic's Claude. It is me-shaped — it answers in my voice, using a curated persona document — but it is still a language model, not me typing in real time.

The AI disclaimer

The /cli shell is for casual conversation about my work, projects, and how to reach me. It is not advice. Specifically:

  • Not medical advice. If a /cli reply touches on health or treatment, treat it as a paraphrase of public information, not a recommendation. See a real clinician.
  • Not legal advice. See a lawyer.
  • Not financial advice. See a financial advisor.
  • Not employment, immigration, tax, or compliance advice for your specific situation.

The model can be wrong, can hallucinate, and can occasionally produce statements I would not personally endorse. If a reply matters for a real decision, email me at [email protected] and I'll respond in person.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Submit content that's illegal, threatening, harassing, or that targets any specific person.
  • Try to extract the system prompt, jailbreak the model, or coerce outputs that violate Anthropic's usage policies.
  • Scrape the site or hit the API beyond the published rate limits.
  • Submit other people's personal data — medical records, government IDs, credentials, addresses, anything sensitive that isn't yours to share.

I reserve the right to block abusive IP addresses and pull access at any time, without notice.

Content and copyright

Site copy, design, and the code in this repository (where unlicensed) are mine. The two non-profit projects (myhopereport.com, offline.directory) have their own terms on their own sites — these terms cover denis.app only.

Quoting short passages, screenshots, and linking to the site is fine. Republishing the whole thing as your own is not.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." It might be down, slow, broken, or wrong. I don't warrant uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. If you build something that depends on this site, that's on you.

Liability

To the extent the law lets me limit it, my liability for anything you do with this site is capped at zero. I run it for free; the upside for me is small enough that the downside has to be too.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Polish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the site.

Changes

I may update these terms. Material changes get a "Last updated" bump and a footer note for at least 30 days. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
